 Items marked on their detail page with a label “Fast delivery” are assured to arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you experience any isues, you can apply for one of the following compensation offers.

In the event of customs clearance delays, inspections, strikes, as well as other governmental acts, the latest estimated delivery date and the commited refund date will be adjusted accordingly. The extension period will depend on the actual circumstances of the disruptions for the relevant order.

Refund if items arrive damaged

Refund for packages lost in transit

Free Returns

Items marked on their detail page with a label “Free returns” can be sent back within 90 days after order was placed. The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).
